Important Information
Registered delegates are to complete their room reservations via this dedicated booking link by Sunday 28 April 2024. While credit card details are required to complete the reservation, no charges will be incurred on the credit card.

Delegates arriving late / departing early / extending their stay beyond the stipulated accommodation dates are requested to inform Ms Linda Cheng via email at lindacheng@nus.edu.sg at the earliest opportunity, to facilitate logistical arrangements and planning for PLUM 2024.

For delegates who require extensions of stay outside of the stipulated accommodation dates, please complete your room booking via the link, and then contact the hotel directly by emailing Ms Sandrine Lim (Sandrine.Lim@hoteljen.com) to check on room availability for the extended dates. Extensions of stay (at delegate’s own expense) are subject to hotel availability upon request.

Upon check-in, the hotel reception will require your passport for verification and a credit card for deposit in case of possible incidentals during your stay.

About JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La
The JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La is situated in the Orchard Road retail area, next to Tanglin Mall, with easy access to stores, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. The hotel features an outdoor pool, and guests may dine at the on-site restaurant. The tranquil Botanic Gardens, Singapore's first UNESCO World Heritage Site, is within walking distance. It is a 15-minute stroll to major shopping centres such as ION Orchard and Wisma Atria.

Transport
Shuttle transport between the hotel and event venues is provided for the official PLUM 2024 programme.

Airport transfers
Airport transfers are not provided for PLUM 2024. The Changi Airport transport guide provides useful information on transport options out of the airport.
Taxi
Taxis are available for hire at the taxi stands at the Changi Airport arrival areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3. A ride to the city takes about 30 minutes and costs between S$20 and S$40. All fares are metered. For more information, please refer to Land Transport Authority.
Private Hire Car
For transport from the airport, you may also book private hire vehicles through mobile apps of operators such as Grab, Gojek, Tada and Ryde. Make a reservation using the mobile apps (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), then proceed to the arrival pickup locations at Terminals 1, 2, or 3.

Weather
